  • Unless your trip is leaving within the next three months, it is probably too early to apply. Most countries won’t process your application until you are inside this timeframe, which is why you won’t receive visa materials from us before then. If you are leaving in the next three months, then detailed instructions on how to apply are available in your My Reservations screen—just click the “View Visa Documents” button.

If you’re leaving within three months:

  • Your finalized accommodations list will be available in My Reservations about three weeks before your departure. Click the “View Final Documents” button and you will find the hotel list near the end. (You’ll also receive a copy in the mail about two weeks before your departure.) We don’t recommend researching hotels before they are finalized as they can change for reasons outside of our control.

  • No, you don’t need to call us to confirm. If you’re leaving in the next 48 hours you can confirm your flight(s) directly with the airline. (Most will let you do this on their website.) If you’re not leaving in the next 48 hours, then you can confirm your itinerary just be viewing it online—there’s no need to call.

  • No, seat assignments are at the sole discretion of the airline and are not guaranteed. Many airlines do not allow pre-assigned seating, especially for bulkhead or emergency exit rows. And even if your airline does allow pre-assigned seating, your exact seat is always subject to change by them. In all cases, your best bet is to check-in early (either online or at the airport) to request your preferred seating.
  • You can do this from your Contacts & Passport screen up to 50 days prior to your departure. Here you can enter everything the TSA (Transportation Security Administration) will need, plus your emergency contact and even a nickname. And before you ask: The TSA no longer requires your middle name, even if it appears in your passport.
