Part A: Trip Cancellation Waiver
Maximum: Up to 100% of trip costs, including deposit
If your trip is canceled, your travel investment is protected
If you have to cancel your trip, even up to the day of departure, you'll retain the full value of your trip, including your deposit. You will be reimbursed in cash for certain "Covered Reasons," as detailed in the Plan Documents and for any reason other than a "Covered Reason," you will receive a travel voucher for a new reservation from O.A.T. for the penalty amount.
- Sickness, injury, or death of traveler, traveling companion, or family member
- Quarantine, jury duty, court order to appear as witness for traveler or traveling companion
- Traveler or traveling companion’s place of employment damaged due to natural disaster, requiring traveler or traveling companion to remain at work
- Documented theft or loss of passport or visa
- Job transfer
- Documented traffic accident causing missed trip departure
- Organized labor strike, bad weather, or mechanical breakdown of aircraft for 24 hours or more
- Shutdown of airport or air traffic control system for 6 hours or more preventing trip departure
- Emergency military duty resulting from natural disaster for traveler or travel companion
- Previously granted military leave revoked for traveler or traveling companion
- Job termination or layoff with employer
Pre-existing condition? You can be covered
You can enjoy Travel Protection Plan coverage, even if you have a pre-existing medical condition. If we receive payment for your Travel Protection Plan within 10 days of your initial deposit/payment for your trip your pre-existing medical condition would qualify for cash reimbursement; purchase after 10 days and receive a voucher—which means you'll be covered before and during your trip, provided you are not already disabled from travel at the time you purchase the Travel Protection Plan.

If you must interrupt your trip or return home early for a covered reason, the plan will pay (up to the original cost of your trip) for your unused land or water travel arrangements, less any refund paid or payable, plus the additional transportation cost to return home or rejoin your trip.

Emergency Medical and Dental

This primary coverage provides reimbursement for expenses incurred during your trip due to covered medical dental emergencies.
provides benefits of medically necessary transportation to the nearest appropriate facility and can also provide benefits for the cost of your transportation back home following a covered illness or injury.
Travel Delay (includes missed connections)
Maximum:$300 per day, up to $1,500
If your trip is delayed for six or more hours for a covered reason, this benefit reimburses up to $300 per person, per day for additional travel or lost prepaid expenses. If this covered delay results in your missing your cruise/tour departure, the daily limit does not apply.

Covers loss, damage, or theft of baggage and personal effects.
Reimburses the reasonable additional purchase of essential items during your trip if your baggage is delayed or misdirected by a common carrier for 12 hours or more. Receipts for emergency purchases are required.
Accidental death benefit
Your beneficiaries will receive payment according to the plan's Schedule of Benefits for Accidental Death, which occurs within 180 days of an injury sustained while you are on your trip.
Our Promise to You
Since your satisfaction is our priority, we are pleased to give you ten days to review your plan. If, during this ten-day period, you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may cancel either Part A, Part B, or the full plan and receive a full refund of what you paid for the cancelled portion of the plan. Please note that this refund is only available if the trip has not started and a claim has not been initiated. After this 10-day period, your payments for Part A and Part B are non-refundable. Part B: Travel Benefits are underwritten by BCS Insurance Company (OH, Administrative Office: Oakbrook Terrace, IL), rated “A-” (Excellent) by A.M. Best Co., under BCS Form No. 52.201 series or 52.401 series, or Jefferson Insurance Company (NY, Administrative Office: Richmond, VA), rated “A+” (Superior) by A.M. Best Co., under Jefferson Form No. 101-C series or 101- P series, depending on your state of residence. Plan(s) only available to U.S. residents and may not be available in all jurisdictions.
