A Taste of Island Life

Day 11 | $270 per person

Set sail on 'The Boy Ryan' , a converted Orkney Fishing boat, for your exclusive Private Charter. As you sail, you will learn about local scallop diving and lobster pots, and along the way, savor a barbeque of local seafood, including half a lobster per person as well as hand dived scallops. You will also sample a section of Orkney cheeses, oatcakes, bere barley bannocks, Orkney fudge, and tablet. Your journey includes two complementary drinks of Orkney gin, whisky, and local ales.
 
This two-hour journey will take you on a journey around some of the beautiful Orkney coastline. You will be joined by a local guide who will uncover Orkney's Viking routes and the legends and folklore that still lingers on the windswept shores. 

Please Note: The day's route will vary depending on weather conditions and prevailing winds. Cancellations are not allowed after Day 4 of the base trip. Space is limited to 11 participants.
