The M/S Roald Amundsen, operated by Hurtigruten Expeditions, features nine passenger decks with a variety of public spaces, including three restaurants, a panoramic lounge and Science Center, a wellness center, indoor and outdoor gyms, an outdoor pool, an outdoor observation area, and a two-level, indoor/outdoor observation deck. Cabins are located on five of the levels, and each of the available categories offers its own advantages.
On Deck 11, the top deck, you can enjoy views of your Antarctic surroundings from the observation deck, take a lap around the outdoor running track, or get a few reps in at the outdoor gym. Elevator service is available between all passenger decks.
Sip a drink in the outdoor bar on Deck 10. Or, head indoors to relax in the Explorer Lounge & Bar. Elevator service is available between all passenger decks.
Deck 9 is located one level below the pool deck and lounge and bar, and on-level with the Lindstrøm restaurant. All cabins on this deck feature either a private balcony or panoramic window. Elevator service is available between all passenger decks.

Cabins on the Cleo Deck are 223 square feet, including a private balcony. Other amenities include two closets, flat-screen TV, desk/vanity with a mirror, and a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.
Cabins on the Ariadne Deck are 225 square feet and feature a large picture window (some with partially obstructed views). Other amenities include two closets, flat-screen TV, desk/vanity with a mirror, and a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.
Enjoy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners in the ship’s open-seating dining room, located on the Athena Deck. The dining room is large enough to accommodate all travelers at once, and meals can be tailored to your specific dietary preferences. The dress code is casual, and all meals are served by our friendly, English speaking crew members—leading to a relaxed and convivial experience at every seating.
Debrief after a day of exploring in the Discovery lounge, located on the Ariadne Deck. With enough seating to accommodate all travelers, you’ll gather here for nightly Port Talks about your next destination, as well as onboard entertainment on select evenings. At the adjoining bar, enjoy complimentary house beer and wine, plus assorted soft drinks, whenever you like. A self-service coffeemaker is also available, offering brewed coffee, cappuccinos, and other specialty beverages.
The Corinthian features five passenger decks with a variety of public spaces, including outdoor seating areas, two lounges, a bar, and a dining room. Cabins are located on all five levels.
