Activity Level 1:

Travelers should be able to climb 25 stairs consecutively, plus walk at least 1-2 miles over some uneven surfaces without difficulty. Walks typically last at least 1-2 hours at a time. Altitude can range from zero to 5,000 feet.

Moderately Easy

Located one level below the Sun Deck, the Leisure Deck features a bar and ample outdoor seating, where you can lounge as you watch the scenery pass by. Whirlpools and outdoor showers are also available for relaxing and freshening up. Near the bow, you'll find a small, air-conditioned lounge, where your Trip Experience Leader will host briefings and conversations about your discoveries.
This environmentally friendly lodge features cottages that blend in with the tropical environment. Each of the 22 air-conditioned rooms includes a private porch with hammocks, a private bath, and a minibar. Facilities include a pool with a bar and an on-site restaurant serving homemade Brazilian food.
Your Amazon river ship features four passenger decks, along with an indoor, window-lined dining room. There are also ample outdoor spaces where you can relax as you take in views of your jungle surroundings. Cabins are located on the two lowermost decks, and all feature windows or balconies and private bathrooms.
From your spot on the uppermost Sun Deck, enjoy panoramic views of the river's lush banks, admire the brilliant glow of constellations in the night sky, and perhaps spot a pink river dolphin leaping in the wake.
Located one level below the Sun Deck, the Leisure Deck features a bar and ample outdoor seating, where you can lounge as you watch the scenery pass by. Whirlpools and outdoor showers are also available for relaxing and freshening up. The Parthenon Deck houses the ship's two comfortable bar/lounges. Relax with your fellow travelers with a drink in hand as you cruise by Chile's majestic fjords. For a different view of the vibrant scenery, head up one level to the outdoor top deck.
Please Note: There is no elevator on board the Skorpios III.

On the lower level of the ship, the Acropolis Deck is where you'll find the ship's restaurant. Your small group will enjoy open seating at our reserved dining tables. Regional cuisine and complimentary wine and beer will be served with each meal. You'll also embark and disembark your zodiac or icebreaker boats on this deck.
Please Note: There is no elevator on board the Skorpios III. The dining room is on the lowest of the ship's three decks, meaning that guests must be able to use the stairs.
