Penguins with Punk Looks

Posted on 8/21/2018 12:00:00 AM in What We’re Watching

A note from our curator, independent filmmaker David Conover on why he chose this film:

The Earth Touch crew travels through rough waters to get to Antarctica, but the rigors are rewarded with the opportunity to see punk penguins. “Punk Penguins?” Yes, indeed. They live in the Falkland Islands, near Antarctica, one of the coldest, driest, and windiest places on Earth. They sport mohawk-spiked heads and red eyes, and are commonly known as rockhopper penguins. Why rockhopper? Watch and find out.
