A note from independent filmmaker David Conover on why he chose this film:
This short film by Clemens Purner has the pacing and insight of a photo album taken by a distinct kind of traveler—not the leisurely traveler type or one who might linger studiously over one image for minutes. Here, we’re standing alongside a swift moving river of experience in Bhutan. Each shot in this film lasts only a few micro-seconds. Each captures a brief moment, with the decisiveness of a photograph. Clemens is very good with light and composition in his framing, permitting each image to make the most of its time in the sun.
