Swirling white-water rivers thrill ... steamy thermal areas soothe ... tropical forests enthrall ... colonial cities charm, making Costa Rica an adventure-seeker's nirvana. Thanks to our local connections, we'll seek out its prime locales and hidden paths: on horseback and by raft, boat, and hiking trail.

We'll also discover Costa Rica's other great natural resource: its people, the warm and gracious Ticos. Our small group will enjoy a meal with a local family, pay a visit to local farmers, and dance with the schoolchildren of the Chachagua region. From the glowing cone of Arenal to the wild cacophony of Tirimbina to the sun-drenched shores of the Pacific Coast, this peaceful little nation invites us to explore its wonders at a value that's equally amazing.
