Director of Analytics

Grand Circle Corporation is looking for an outstanding individual to join the Data Analytics team. The successful candidate will be experienced with a variety of analytic techniques, including data mining and advanced analytics. Our Ideal candidate will posses a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Mathematics, MIS, or related field with 3-4 years experience with advanced analytics techniques. This person will be highly collaborative and thrive working in a team based setting.

Copywriter

Conceptualize and write promotional copy for web, direct mail catalogs, letter packages and collateral communications. Update and edit existing copy from various sources according to project specifications, marketing directives, and new product information. Work with Creative VP, Copy Chief, Project Managers, Product Marketers, and Production Managers throughout production cycle to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and overall quality of promotions. Our ideal candidate will have Bachelor's Degree (English or Journalism preferred) Strong writing skills with 2-5 years' web or direct mail copywriting experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word.

Database Librarian

The Database Librarian will design, configure, and refine hierarchy of live data for corporate content repository with a focus on web and print marketing material (including copy and photo). Along with establishing guidelines around the organization and electronic storage of multiple sources and versions of content, this person will audit and validate content. Identifying barriers in the maintenance and usage of content repository and ensuring user will be important aspects of this role. Our ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree with 2-4 years of professional Database Librarian experience or a Masters Degree in Library Science or similar. Practical experience mapping live data and establishing a corporate content taxonomy. Experience organizing digital information hierarchy, creating metadata, and working with a content management system.

Senior Staff Accountant

Working in our Dynamic Accounting department this position will have the opportunity partner with our regional offices around the world. Primary responsibilities include reconciliation of General Ledger, focus on Inter-company, accounts and to liaise with Regional Offices to resolve all reconciling issues. Assist with regional & corporate month end close process. Develop relationship with Regional Offices where English is a 2nd language and establish a communication style that results in the Regional Office meeting all time lines. Follow-up via e-mail on a diligent basis due to the time zone differences. Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science Degree, in Accounting. 5 years progressive experience working in general accounting. VERY Strong Excel skills – VLOOKUP, Sumif, “data” functions etc. Proven technical skills in accounting and experience with multi-currency transaction processing.

Database Analyst, Financial Reporting

We are seeking an individual with both strong technical and financial skills. This position will ensure operation and integrity of department and company databases. Create new databases based on various data sources. Create queries & reports from various database systems. Our ideal candidate will have a Minimum of 2 to 4 years of work experience, Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related area is plus. Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) experience. Strong knowledge of SQL, multiple dialects preferred. Strong Excel skills a must.

Air Service Associate

Working in our faced paced Call Center, this position will build relationships with GCT travelers with goal of 100% client satisfaction by meeting or exceeding goals for productivity and air issues. Review connection times/routing for completeness, in keeping w/ standard call expectations. Our ideal candidate will have Airline contracting or ticketing experience preferred, 3-5 years of Amadeus or other reservation maintenance system experience. Proven ability to analyze problem situations quickly and effectively manage changes

Email marketing Producer

As a member of our Internet and Web team, this position will create, test, and deploy email campaigns for various GCC brands and target audiences. Integrate customer data to create dynamically generated email campaigns. Coordinate with web content team to ensure email content is uploaded, accurate, and live on GCC sites in a timely fashion. Our ideal candidate will have Bachelors degree required with1-3 years in an email marketing environment/agency. Proficient in HTML, Dreamweaver, Excel, Photoshop. Knowledge of current internet standards, including email marketing, CAN-SPAM regulations.
