Day 1
Transfer to Moscow, Russia
Accommodations: Hotel Sreteskaya

Upon arrival in Moscow, we check into our hotel and gather for lunch at the hotel's restaurant. Your afternoon is then free to get acquainted with the vibrant Russian capital. Dinner is on your own this evening.
Day 2
Moscow/City tour/Optional Moscow Circus

Today we discover Moscow’s many highlights—from the onion domes of St. Basil’s Cathedral in Red Square to the grounds of the historic Kremlin. We’ll also ride on Moscow’s colorful metro to Arbat Street, home to lively shops and cafés, where you can enjoy lunch on your own and enjoy some free time to explore. This evening, dinner is on your own or you may join an optional excursion to the famous Moscow Circus.
Day 3
Moscow/Tretyakov Gallery

After breakfast, we enjoy a morning visit to the Tretyakov Gallery, located near the Kremlin in Moscow’s historic Zamoskvorechye district. In 1892, the merchant Pavel Tretyakov donated his expansive art collection to the city of Moscow. Originally comprised of an eclectic collection of 18th and 19th century Russian works, the gallery continued to expand and is today Russia’s most prominent national collection of fine art. It contains over 130,000 pieces and showcases creations from generations of Russian artists from the eleventh to the 20th century, featuring styles of Impressionism, Art Nouveau, Socialist Realist art from the Soviet era, and more.

After lunch at a local restaurant, the rest of the day is at leisure. This evening, we gather for a Farewell Dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 4
Moscow/Return to U.S.

We check out of our hotel very early this morning and transfer to the airport for our flight home.
