Morocco’s climate varies from the arid climes of the Sahara, to the snow-capped Atlas Mountains. Inland, and especially in the Sahara, temperatures are typically very hot during the day. Nights are cooler, and can even be cold from October through March. In Marrakesh, the weather is pleasant year round, thanks to cool breezes blowing off the Atlas Mountains. Further north in Rabat, along Morocco’s Atlantic coast, the weather is very mild, with cool temperatures and moderate clouds.
