Overseas Adventure travelers are not only the most well-traveled people in America, they’re the most loyal. On any given OAT trip, you’re likely to encounter people who have taken trips with us not just once, but multiple times. We truly appreciate your support, and to show it, we developed the Sir Edmund Hillary Team, a membership rewards program reserved for our very best travelers, those who have taken at least three OAT trips in their lifetime. A word from Alan & Harriet Lewis
Sir Edmund Hillary Club members are set apart by their generous, adventurous spirits. So it was only fitting that we named their exclusive club after the late Sir Edmund Hillary—a man who was not just one of the greatest adventurers of the 20th century, but also our close personal friend. Sir Edmund became famous as the first person to summit Mt. Everest. Afterwards, he devoted his life to international humanitarian projects, displaying a brand of heroism that was as inspiring as his conquest of Everest. As a longtime honorary board member of the Grand Circle Foundation, OAT’s philanthropic organization, he was a wise and vital mentor. We are privileged to have known Sir Edmund, thankful to have your support, and grateful for this opportunity to honor both. Warm Regards, Alan E.
